It is a nice enterprise that respects the human aspect of its employees. Communication is smooth between different parties. Robust software with continuous new feature development

Not up to date with the latest technologies. Not agile enough which makes changes and improvements a little harder to be done.

A lot of challenges , really interesting and talented people , opportunities to growth internally , the company is changing and every employee can be a part of this change . The salary is good and the management really respect all the employees ( with an exception of one person that fortunately quit recently )

The company is successfully in the market since more than 30 years , it is improving a lot ( in a good way ) with the second generation of the management , but every change is hard , so they could improve the internal communication , the have to invest more in the HR part and they could create more clear processes
