Unfortunately every single new person that joins the business with great ideas and a positive attitude looking to make an impact quickly realises that won’t be possible. The senior management team aren’t willing to change, invest in new ideas or listen to opinions and expertise of people hired from other business. To their own detriment, they scoff at and reject ideas that aren’t their own. There is a bullying culture which has been overlooked. Working at Primrose is like travelling back in time - there is a lack of diversity, women are treated differently, there are inappropriate conversations going on in public spaces. It’s not a professional work environment.
