1. Quality of work is very low because the company follows ancient practices for chain of command while promoting people arbitrarily and not based on their skills. Senior leadership lacks empathy which trickles down to managers as well. Your loyalty to the place will not necessarily be rewarded with consideration by them during your time of need.
