      Great window of time to clock in, long as you put in 8.5 hours a day and get the work done. Team is full of wonderful people.

      Cons

      Pay increase is slower than i would like, but i expect that in county government roles.

      Dedicated, friendly colleagues Decent benefits and pay

      Cons

      Lack of support from senior county leaders makes doing basic business almost impossible, incompetent county senior leadership who are also bullies, cronyism and corruption and fraud/waste/abuse that trickle down from the county executive, little work schedule flexibility
