      Hiring is free of cost. Initially new joiner will have to bear the cost US Visa which will be refunded upon completion of 3 months onboard Princess ships.

      Cons

      Struggle for Carrier-path is always there. If you are working as Deck or Technical Clerk. However Hotel departments and HR department Crew can switch roles frequently.
