      You could practically set your own hours, something very rare in any job. Management was supportive and understanding about family emergencies. There was ongoing training and encouragement from supervisors. A family-friendly and comfortable place to work.

      Cons

      The job itself could be tedious and frustrating, resulting in a high turnover rate.

      Pros

      paid break time which is better than some other places of employment

      Cons

      interviewers don't receive commission for the people who don't accept money at end of survey or is project is finished under budget.
