      Recommend this company tremendously. Worked for them for four years. Excellent people, solutions and organization. Worked for them on west coast and east coast. Highly supportive.

      Cons

      Became a little more bureaucratic since State Street acquisition in the mid 90's, even though State Street allows them a fair amount of autonomy.

      Pros

      I love helping patients with knowing about their insurance and benefits. Giving patients what they need to know about their insurance plans.

      Cons

      Talking with multiple people at once. Patients are sometimes confused about their benefits and plans, so sometimes more than just one person wanting answers at one time.
