      - Friendly and incredibly helpful coworkers (I worked there several years ago and still think about most of them) - Rewarding projects

      Pros

      Competitive pay, flexible hours (within first shift bracket), friendly and helpful co-workers.

      Cons

      Upper management changes out frequently, might take some time to get used to. Does not always take opinions of "lower level" employees very seriously.

      Most employees are hard working, honest people really trying to better the company, good product, decent pay, benefits, time off policies.

      Cons

      Lay offs and forced shut downs not uncommon. Management concentrates on short terms cash goals vs long time growth.
