Growth and pay sucks. The CEO and upper management often have "townhalls" where they discuss employee concerns. Many times people bring up topics about low pay and guess what the answer was each time? "Leave if you want higher pay". They also do not promote remote workers to the senior level. Management keeps saying oh you need "this and that", despite doing exactly the "this and that" for 12-24+ months. The email that is sent out whenever there are promotions, only onsite local people get promoted to senior.
