Pros
Great benefits and flexibility as far as PTO.
Cons
It's all about who you know, not what you know at this place. Extremely bureaucratic. In most cases, if you don't know somebody, the only way to move up is based on tenure so prepare to stick it out through all the BS if you want to climb their corporate ladder. They like to have several assistant managers (glorified babysitters) in each department that have five or more levels above that, so it ends up being just another place where the lower level workers are extremely overworked and extremely underpaid compared to management that can take any time off they want and anything negative can be pointed towards the lower level employees and not themselves. Absolutely would not recommend. I didn't know a single person who was happy working for Principal!
