Since I've been here they treat every employee with the up most respect. No matter what position you hold here you matter. The pay is excellent, the benefit package is outstanding and my coworkers help you at every turn. This is the first company I've worked that you succeeding matters to everyone...EVEN THE OWNER!!! The training they give to the employees is at a level of EXCELLENCE. I can honestly say that i see myself retiring here. They promote from within so there's opportunities for advancement. They not only care about the employees they're concerned about the work environment down to the last detail. the bottom line is I found a home at Principle Payments and I thank them for what they do and how they do it...WITH EXCELLENCE

Cons
They should have profit sharing after so many years of hard work I put into the company. Especially since we are the first impression and the most important part of our continuous growth.
