No organization whatsoever, blamed when projects go awry, no flexibility/stability and low salary expectations - Graphic Designer (Contractor) Principled Chiropractic Training Employee Review

Management was non-existent, staff moral was VERY low, staff was micromanaged and felt as if they were being constantly watched and no real praise for projects completed on time. All suggestions to better company image were shot down immediately. The pay scale was OUTRAGEOUSLY low. No flexibility.
