Pros
As with any sales job there is a learning curve to learn the product and the type of customers you will be selling to. The training and knowledge comes from many sources here at PrintGlobe via management, sales people around you and the multitude of calls and chats you will get throughout the day for a hands on training experience. I have never felt if I had a question or someone to help me that it was an issue getting what I needed answered. I believe that the sales reps do have to also have the drive to want to sell and do well here, no job is just going to hand you money for doing nothing. I also believe the upper management truly does want to see people succeed and make money, but again it also has to be in the sales person to make it happen for themselves. There are plenty of reps here who have been here for 4 yrs. + that make a pretty good living by working hard at what they do.
PrintGlobe does also have a pretty good work atmosphere. You for the most part are not micro managed and are free to work your job as you see fit within the rules that are set forth. Again not being in your seat and doing the job, will in the long run hurt how you make a living here. If you do not want to be challenged, then I know Rudy’s pays $10.00 an hr.
Cons
In need of more great, hard working sales people
