Pros

PrinterLogic has huge potential. Market demand has never been higher for SaaS and serverless print management solutions. If only it could take advantage of the wave and ride it.

Cons

PrinterLogic isn’t capitalizing on the demand like the competition. PrinterLogic is on the floor eating table scraps. The competition is moving faster at building solutions, expanding channels, and growing revenues. PrinterLogic by contrast is shrinking. It moves at a snail’s pace. They have good ideas, which the competition then steals and beats them to market. And PrinterLogic doesn’t do channels either, as hard as that is to believe. The CEO doesn’t have a clue how to run a channel organization. In fact, he laid off his channel team. Greed. He’d rather keep 8 million for himself and stay small than pay 20-25 points on 100 million in new channel revenue. Apparently, he skipped basic math class in school.

Pros

PrinterLogic/Vasion is of course not perfect, but it really is a great, self-reflective company that is always improving. That in and of itself speaks to the positive, innovative culture that is fostered here. I love my teams. I respect my peers and leaders. I can give and receive both positive and negative feedback in all directions without feeling threatened, and I strive to ensure others around me feel the same. The cultural values of ownership, people building, truth seeking, and storytelling are very much part of our daily lives here. I know there are negative reviews on here. Some of them are real and honest, and occurred after a painful reduction that occurred during the early months of COVID. As painful as that was though, most people understood the circumstances, and most relationships affected during that time have remained strong. Many of them have been healed entirely. In fact, some people that were let go during that time have come back, and are now strong contributors again. It was a hard time, but we have grown from it. There are some reviews on here that are undeniably fabricated by a disgruntled person. I don't know who it is, but I hope they are able to gain some closure and move on soon.

Cons

We are in a period of rapid growth, which definitely feels overwhelming at times. There are days when I get home feeling so exhausted that I can hardly wait to go to bed, which isn't great for my family life. I know this is a temporary problem though, and I remain excited to be a part of the future of this company.
