      I just hit 3 years, and I can say there is a strong culture built around safety and doing things the right way. It’s not just talked about — it’s expected and supported. Leadership is accessible, and if you’re willing to step up, there are real opportunities to grow and make an impact. The company continues to invest in processes, training, and improvements across locations.

      Cons

      Like any growing company, processes and communication continue to evolve as the business expands. With growth comes change, but overall, it creates opportunities for improvement and innovation.
