Is this your company?

A nightmare environment that somehow produces positive client outcomes. - Full Time Associate Private Capital Group Employee Review

Pros

Technically competent and experienced professionals. Work for clients was of high quality. I highly recommend the company to investors.

Cons

Employees have no stake, say, or input in anything. There is little to no transparency. Ben Kille is a very good advisor for clients, but he's a ruthless, dispassionate, and amoral leader of the people he employs. He only cares for employees and clients to the degree in which they can further his business interests.

Pros

There are so many opportunities to grow within the firm. Such an interesting industry. Everyone at PCG is willing to work together, answer questions and make time to help. Ben Kille is approachable, kind and always available to mentor and lend a hand when needed. I felt like I always had a voice and truly believed I contributed to the success of the firm. Great place to work!

Cons

I can’t think of one con.

Pros

I completed a 25+year career in finance and investment management by spending my final years as a Financial Advisor at Private Capital Group. Working at PCG was "the icing on the cake" for me as I joined with fellow professionals, a deep bench and a congenial, competent support staff. Having worked at three other firms along the way I can attest that no place, including PCG, is perfect; but to suggest that this firm or its working environment is "toxic" is beyond misguided. In my experience all advisors and staff had easy access to top management. Private Capital Group is a growing financial service firm which continues to attract sophisticated clients in a very competitive field.

Cons

Occasionally PCG's growth requires staff to extend themselves as new clients must be assimilated into PCG's Best of Breed asset and wealth management platforms.
