      Pros

      Benefits and compensation here are awesome and almost unbelievable. You won't be able to find benefits offered here, anywhere else.

      Cons

      To get the benefits and compensation here you have to deal with the doctor's bad attitude and verbal abuse. Coming in on a daily basis to this makes it hard and depressing.

      Pros

      The entire team works as one and is open to discussion about change. The owner/ doctor listens to our feedback. It is a low-stress environment.

      Cons

      The open space work environment can be a distraction but we manage to figure it out.
