John is an amazing night shift manager, really understanding and helpful, the whole management is really good

The pay isn't great for the amount of work you put in depending on the department, some people do the bare minimum while others work really hard but the pay is the same so it's demotivating Lack of recognition Can be stagnant, others have been working for a long time without any career progression Breaks aren't paid so you don't have 40hrs Really high turnover, people just feel like the pay isn't worth it

The management is good but should improve more.

Hourly pay rate is not attractive
