Pros
-Coworkers were like family, and that's very hard to find
-Bonuses
-Free lunches occasionally
-Raises
-Gained a lot of knowledge in HIPPA amongst other administrative duties
-Physical therapists are great people and really know what they're doing
-Just because of the amazing people I met amongst coworkers and clients, it's probably the best job I've had
Cons
-Owners treatment of employees has gone downhill
-As with any job, you can meet some pretty difficult clients
-When issues are brought to the attention of the owners, it is more times than not swept under the rug
-Work life balance can be tough since we close pretty late, and admin has to stay in clinic if the PT is alone with a client of the opposite gender until the appointment is done, so hours can be unpredictable sometimes
