      You will meet some wonderful people who work here.

      ZERO structure: Every department is unorganized, understaffed and overworked. Everyone does the job of 5 people with no hope of being compensated for it. This company could be soaring above where it is today if it could just eliminate the major bottleneck at the top. It is stuck in the stone age. They are decades behind most companies of this size.

      Pros

      Good place to give up, makes you appreciate every other job and company. If you’re there, you’ve made a lot of mistakes and bad decisions, and this is rock bottom, now things can only look better

      Cons

      Slowest form of torture one can endure. Hard to watch the fail upward management style in promoting ones who never really had much to offer, except blind unwavering puppy obedience and twice daily shoe shining.
