Pros
Management wants you to do your best and provides you with the tools and resources to do so. Corporate environment is high pace so your always doing something and the company itself is doing things to engage employees and make the workplace enjoyable while still being productive
Cons
No cons- especially if your the type of person who likes being micro-managed. Pro4ia executives do not tell you how to do your work, they will reach out if you ask them for help however.
