      Pros

      work from home & co-workers are phenomenal. Extremely fair in giving bonuses and commissions until the pay structure changed.

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations. Very large gap between Sales and Operations/Recruiting Team

      Pros

      Remote job, but not flexible. I worked full time and most weeks over 60 is hours.

      Cons

      Low salary, too much work. Not good for a career professional. No growth. Dysfunctional management, lack of experience. Very rude and unprofessional. Owner hires her friends from church. Was harassed by the assistant after leaving for no reason. Obvious favoritism. Employee is not allowed to express their concerns.
