Management lies to staff, extremely poor communication...President has an arrogant attitude and a "one way my way" mentality. Will fire you no matter how well you perform to be competitive with low ball bidding on new military contracts. Will then lie about dismissal reason to avoid paying unemployment. Company will bait you with false information and half truths during interview process to lure you in then switch your job description within a few weeks after hire.
