Pros

Work life balance Very few good people who encourages us to learn new things at work

Cons

Few of the team leads suppress you even if you are a fresher. They get tensed if we are technically doing well. Hikes will be given as suggested by them which is a worst part of that company. Few of the managers also take part in this. Gender inequality. The lady who does the best part in a project never gets a token of appreciation even. They force people to make certifications for the sake of company. Talented people never gets good salary This company is good for show off people

Excellent that you rate ProArch a great company to work for and have awarded us 5 stars – we are so pleased to hear this in addition to your other positive comments on ProArch benefits, people and the family culture we strive for. Yes, as a fast-paced, growing and entrepreneurial company, our new employees get off to a running start, and we do re-organised regularly in order to respond to business opportunities and client needs. Many thanks for your review.
