Pros
I am happy I stayed with ProCenture HCS. Though it is a small company, there has been so much growth over the past year. The company was going through a lot of changes when I started and several recruiters left for one reason or another, after the company launched the Patient House Calls service but I am glad I rode out the changes. I feel like I am rewarded for hard work and I have the opportunity to take ownership. The owner trusts me with a lot of responsibility and is always transparent about what is going on in the company. As an employee, I really feel valued and trusted.
Cons
Limited resources but expected at a small company. No flex schedule or work from home option for full-time employees.
