Pros
I worked at Profee Customer Care for about a year, and it was a great experience indeed. My teammates were friendly and supportive, they helped when I came across stressful situations (everyone who worked at support can imagine the amount of stress you get). The Profee team is really cool, whenever we had some complex issues the guys from other departments were ready to step in. Now I work at another company as an AML manager & I still use Profee for transfers across borders.
