Pros

None, the company is somewhat of a scam for graduates.

Cons

I and several others applied for grad positions with Proforce, completed a two-hour group interview, and were told we were successful with placements to follow. Two months on, there has been no placement, no follow-up, and no response despite repeated contact. I am concerned Proforce may be collecting candidate data without genuine intention to follow through.

Pros

Very strong management team, people-first business focused on giving back, team works tirelessly to create opportunities for young graduates to start their careers, empowering work, strong presence with charities and giving back, great incentives and rewards, including overseas trips, great pay and progression, world class training. Huge care factor for clients and candidates alike.

Cons

Ownership and accountability is expected, so not the job to take if you don’t want to be mature and be responsible for your own career
