Pros

Benefits are ok. Thats about it.

Cons

Dictatorial mentality towards employees - both professional and non-professional. Management not in touch with reality and fighting a losing battle with Aurora. They have absolutely no idea how to nurture the practices of the doctors they hire. Back office staff are under qualified and turn over frequently. Management cheap towards tenured staff and have cut opportunities for showing appreciation. They have terminated many tenured nurses - I along with a whole bunch of other nurse friends of mine were coldly and cruelly terminated a few years ago after working our butts off for years for these people. Get a clue, "leaders". Fire the whole bunch. They aren't going to survive anyway - ha ha! Aurora will drive them out of business.
