Since the company is small and growing quickly, they have been very receptive to feedback, even from entry-level employees. Cons
Because it is a startup company, there are growing pains. Processes and job roles are not as clearly defined, the base pay is lower than a large corporation and the senior leadership is relatively inexperienced (although they have been hiring in more experienced people recently). These aren't necessarily cons, you just have to know what you are getting into being that is a startup. What you lose in base pay and loosely defined jobs, you make up for in quick advancement, learning alot quickly, an overall positive working environment, and being part of massive growth.
