Pros

Here is what I love about working at ProShop! - The flexibility of working from home - The dynamic and engaging projects, which are not only interesting but also fun and challenging. - Every day brings something new, which keeps me motivated and excited to come to work. - I've never had such an incredible, supportive, and caring manager, as well as an outstanding leadership team, which makes a huge difference in my work experience. - The comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, HSA/LSA, GRSP, ProShop Awards, etc - The collaborative and inclusive environment - Being part of a growing company is inspiring, and I enjoy contributing to its success. - I feel like I'm constantly learning and developing my skills, especially under my manager, who encourages my growth

Cons

ProShop is in a growth phase, so not every process is perfectly established yet. It is an exciting environment, though and a great opportunity to help shape those processes!

Pros

They are now part of a huge network under Main Sail now so potentially there is an opportunity for networking. The pros used to be too many to list (great environment, reimbursed office equipment, money to take courses, etc). That all changed when they got bought.

Cons

All they care about are sales/GTM. They gutted all the other teams, throwing out people that had been there for years without even a day's notice. They also did a really sleezy buy-back of stocks. Founders promised nothing would change, but everything did. Typical "family" company too, meaning they expected you to work 5 jobs, but will only pay you for 3/4 of 1 position. And since you work (illegally) overtime with no OT pay, it's not like you can just get a second job. Unless you don't like/want sleep.
