Pros
I have been working at ProSidian Consulting for a little over a year. In that short amount of time, I have learned not only about consulting with clients in the Federal Government, proposal construction and writing, and the importance of interpersonal relationships, but about general business development as well. I always feel as though my opinions and ideas are heard and I am consistently encouraged to grow and improve. Additionally, work/life balance and benefits are excellent. We work closely and truly care about one another, which is not often the case in larger firms. Overall, ProSidian is a great place to learn and to work, and I highly recommend it.
Cons
None. However, if you are unable to manage your time and accept constructive criticism, ProSidian may not be the best work environment for you.
