Fun team to work with while maintaining a professional atmosphere

The other people you work with are great.

The owner of the company is not a good person. He will find every reason in the book to not pay you commissions that are rightfully yours. He will call you stupid because you ask a question. He will call you out in front of everyone else that works there and make you feel terrible about yourself. At random, he will email you things he wants you to do that you've never done before and put in the email "don't ask questions just figure it out," and then when you make a mistake he gets visibly angry. I could go on and on, but for your benefit, I highly recommend your avoid working here at all costs.
