Between the utter disrespect of providers talking down to front desk staff like they're the scum of the earth, management unable to handle their own work/life balance and taking it out on staff, rent not being paid so the landlord of the building was constantly in demanding to know where his money was, unruly patients screaming and causing a scene with nothing being done, it was not worth the minimal pay. Benefits are garbage, no sliding scale. Then on top of that it was almost impossible to afford the dental care if you needed it. The "treatment coordinator" is a highly religious person so be take care if you come in wearing any sort of religious attire that doesn't mesh with hers. Labs were never paid so cases would be held, meaning entire groups of patients would have to be called by the front desk and get screamed at.
The office caters to some good people but primarily very trashy entitled people forever coming in looking like they are on drugs. It is all about the bottom line being MONEY. Regional management is a joke, absolutely zero help. You'd get left alone after hours and expected to do everyone elses job and your own. Can't keep up with the work flow? Get ready to stay late but not too late because then cooperate gets mad. Rather than hire someone new to help with the work load, just overload your front desk staff. Sure that will go VERY well.
