Smaller company so it feels more hands-on and there's less overhead, so better pay at the end of the day. The staff is always responsive and they work efficiently.

Haven't experienced anything negative so far.

High rates, they will find you jobs that nobody else can find, the staff and owners actually care about their employees, the owners themselves are travel PT's and to me ---- that speaks volumes about their integrity and ability to understand their employees needs (versus some off-the-street recruiter - did you know that recruiting jobs have some of the highest overturn rates?) I can't say enough good about this company.

travel PT means you have to leave your awesome workplace after 13+ weeks, and that part is sad because the jobs are so great.
