Pros

Alex, the CEO, is really approachable and cares about his employees. He just wants everyone to do better. He buys lunch every Friday, took us out for company lunches/dinners and drinks, hosted potlucks, and did happy birthdays as kind of team building. He also made sure there were good processes in place so we knew who to go to and for what. There were weekly meetings and room to grow if you wanted it, but if you didn't want to grow, there were jobs for that too where you could just plug in, do your job and go home. Always was given availability for extra hours when needed and could make up hours if we missed them to get full paychecks. I was not salaried at the time, so I can only speak for hourly and straight out of college. Great job, and definitely recommend.

Cons

The job itself is great for people who are detail-oriented or who kind of don't mind plugging in and doing the same type of thing every day. He tries to mix it up, train us, etc., but if you don't really care to look at real estate documents and make sense of them in some capacity, this may not be the position for you.

Pros

Management works with you on a personal basis, they're really good with being flexible for your needs. You get paid vacation days, health benefits, a good quiet office atmosphere. Another perk is when you're trained, you can potentially work from home if you needed to. While I worked there, my interest in the real estate industry started stirring up. I listened to BiggerPockets podcast while I worked and learned a ton about real estate, which made my job easier and more interesting. If you're interested in real estate, this is a great place to work to gain some knowledge that you'll be able to carry with you into other careers in the industry. The owner and the main managers are great people. They're usually pretty busy so it can be stressful, but they always tried their best to keep a balance between hard work, making deadlines, and also keeping a happy, friendly, fun work environment for their staff. We celebrated each other's birthdays, our boss bought us lunch on Fridays, sometimes we had little potluck parties. The boss does his best to keep everyone happy (clients, employees, family) and I really appreciated him for that! All in all, great place to work. I was there for 4 years :)

Cons

Like any small company that is building and expanding, sometimes the work load is heavy. They are constantly trying to improve and keep organized (which is a good thing) but certain areas were a work in progress.
