Pros
Working from home. Not much else.
Cons
Everything else. Management is fully aware they have employees with ties to the KKK and does nothing to support or protect Black, Latino, and Female employees. Half the company is related to each other. Many are openly racist and make constant insensitive comments. The company did nothing to support employees during the COVID pandemic and took the official stance of not supporting Black Lives Matter. There's been at least 4 different mass-resignations in the last 5 years. Entire departments quit at the same time. They pretend to be a startup, but they're more of a mom-and-pop company. They offer work from home, but no one at the leadership level makes any effort at creating a collaborative workplace. Work from home is just a way for them to save money on office space. The "CEO" publicly shames and reprimands employees in front of everyone. I've never worked somewhere like this, at every turn, every salary negotiation, they're constantly trying to take advantage of their employees. There's no raise system, the CEO "doesn't believe in cost of living adjustment" so you effectively get paid less every year despite getting better at your job. The owners don't get along and it shows in the daily business operations, no one seems to know what anyone else is doing or why. There are several employees within the company who sabotage others. TONS of office politics. And on top of it all, their business model is extremely sketchy. They intentionally mislead their customers about their products and just hope the customers won't notice or have issues. Run. They'll ruin you.
