Leadership improved greatly, better direction.

This company is really organized and will invest in you to grow and make yourself better. Everyone there shares the same values as you. They really are interested in your well being and make sure that you have a great work-life balance. The owners are generous and will always make sure that their team is doing great. Even though it's a small company, everyone is always professional and invested in doing their best for the company. The compensation is fair and their door is always open for a compensation review.

The only con that I can think of is that they're not really diverse. The bilingual team are the only persons of any type of color. This is not reflective of how they treat their employees, though. As I have never felt that they treated me any differently or took advantage of my skills.
