There is not much room for growth and a career path. Many repetitive and unorganized trainings/meetings were held that interfered with productive working. Being assigned middle school-like projects that had very little to do with work was counterproductive. Micromanagement. Some leaders lack effective communication and leadership skills. There is a very high turnover rate for both office and field employees. There is a disconnect between field and office employees. There is very little/no diversity in management and executive leadership. Benefits and pay are not competitive relative to the market.
