      Employees get opportunity to work.

      Cons

      Lack of team work. No proper work timing. Wrong commitments. Late salary payment. Full and final settlement never cleared unless it is taken legally. No proper appraisal.

      No pros.(learning due to lack of resources) Poor management Poor leadership

      Cons

      Salary won't be given. Variable won't be paid. Inversement wont be done. Fake promises made to employees.
