      No Pros at all here

      Cons

      Total disregard to employees personal life. Heavy financial stress on employees as the salary is not paid on time or some cases not paid at all. Mental stress with huge amount of work and lack of resources.

      No pros.(learning due to lack of resources) Poor management Poor leadership

      Salary won't be given. Variable won't be paid. Inversement wont be done. Fake promises made to employees.
