Words don’t match actions - Nurse Practitioner Proactive MD Employee Review

Their motto is “We are only and always about the patient. We promise to always fight for their greatest good.” However they do not support clinic staff to take care of patients as they should be taken care of. Constantly changing policies, always short staffed with too many patients and not enough providers or support staff. Providers are on call 24/7 Loads of layoffs recently, everyone is worrying about who will be next. Managers work at home and do nothing. No one responds to requests for help. Rumor is that the upper management is hoping for a buy out from another similar company so they can cash out & we are left to clean up their mess.
