Company will always put profit before people Management blame individuals for not being 'team players' and 'too problem focused' if they speak up about issues. Management never take responsibility for mistakes or issues. Company expects 150% from their employees but aren't willing to go the extra mile in return. Company is all talk and no action in this regard. Very little access to external training. Employees expected to sacrifice ability to meet KPIs to train others in the business. Employees have to work significant overtime to meet unrealistic KPIs and the few that meet them might get payrise of a few hundred per annum. Otherwise the company simply pocket the contract rate increases each year. So many employees have left that practice has started to suffer.
