Pros
Procare has some of the most friendly, fun people you will ever get to work with. The general atmosphere is warm, and most departments cooperated well with each other.
Cons
The biggest letdown was the management. Blatant favoritism, where only the ones close to the management team got the biggest slices of the pie, so to speak. Those favorites had a monopoly on the promotions, even to the point of having pseudo-positions created just to justify giving them raises. Salaries were wildly inconsistent, especially between staff of different nationalities with same job scopes - and sometimes, even those among the same nationality had some strangely inconsistent salary ranges.
And speaking of salaries, oh, the salary delays were nightmarish.
