Pros
If you like structure, Procter and Gamble is a great place to be. Everyone is extremely helpful and interested in your improvement. , I was genuinely happy with everyone I encountered at Procter and Gamble, they all were kind, intelligent, and interested in helping me out. I was given constructive and useful feedback. My job was both challenging and meaningful, which is not always the case from an intern. I felt valued and needed in my job and have nothing but positive experiences to say about this company. Everyone really seemed to understand work life balance, and I appreciated that and learned from that as well.
Cons
I can't think of many. For people who really dislike the corporate culture, Procter & Gamble is probably not the right place for you. Although they embody and entrepreneurial spirit, in the end it still is a Fortune 500 company, and the 'corporate' feel is still there. Also, learning the lingo of Procter and Gamble is a job in itself. That can be intimidating for some. Finally, Cincinnati, Ohio is not the most exciting city in the world and some people may not enjoy the headquarters of Procter and Gamble. These are the downsides to working for the company from my perspective.
