Pros
There aren't many positives, but I will say I generally got decent raises and there is some opportunity to move up if you make the right people happy. Benefits are decent. Cafeteria on site so you can enjoy your 30 minutes lunch commiserating with others.
Cons
What a change this company went through. It used to be a great, family owned business where you felt like you were working with friends. But it became an almost dystopian picture of the worst of corporate culture. People getting fired all the time to "cut costs". Long-term employees laid off to save a few bucks. Constant fear of being written up or fired. Overall dour feeling and a constant feeling you are nothing more than a drone to them. You can't really take PTO - even when you do you are expected to work often.
