Everyone works together to improve how we do things and make sure we’re really helping our customers. I feel proud knowing that our work helps people in government contracting roles save time, which allows them to spend more moments with their families instead of staying late at work! The work environment is so supportive. I love having friendly coworkers who are willing to help whenever needed. Our leadership is honest and keep us informed about what’s going on in the company. As the company is always improving and changing, it can take some time to adjust to new processes or updates. This is not a company for someone with a big ego.

I have been at Procurement Sciences for about a year, and I still enjoy this job every day more than I have any other prior job. It is challenging but fun, and I love getting to help customers every day. Not only was the onboarding process for new employees the smoothest and most supportive process that I have ever experienced, but my manager, director, all execs, and colleagues continue to be incredibly supportive and empathetic. They are actively looking for ways to help you grow in your career, and I see this in practice over and over again across the whole company. Start-up atmosphere is fast-paced and everyone wears a lot of hats. Small company, so no 401K matching or formalized parental leave, but they are always looking out for our best interests and adding benefits as they can.
