I started my career at Procyon and spent over 13 years with the company. During this time, I had the opportunity to learn everything from scratch and gradually grow into a role where I was handling almost the entire company’s operations. It’s been an incredibly enriching journey, both professionally and personally. Procyon played a pivotal role in shaping my career. The company provided me with continuous learning opportunities, hands-on experience, and crucial training—especially in Salesforce technology—which significantly contributed to my growth. The leadership here genuinely invests in people who are eager to learn and take initiative. I’m aware that some negative reviews have been circulating, but it’s important to understand that many of these come from individuals who had to leave due to discipline issues. Those of us who spent years with Procyon know the kind of culture and support system the company fosters. In fact, many former colleagues have gone on to work at top-tier organizations like Meta, Abbott, and other industry leaders. Today, I’m proud to be working as the Director of Technology Services at one of India’s top 20 SaaS product-based companies—and I credit much of this achievement to the strong foundation I built at Procyon.
