      Pros

      Company that does it all in-house (Sales, customer service, design, manufacturing and testing/installation) with great insight available to work with a company that has a good contribution to the blister tooling market internationally.

      Cons

      Hard to compete with the original manufacturers.

      Pros

      Largely friendly staff and people working there, good place to learn. Flexi time and early finish Fridays were a big plus.

      A lot of mismanagement at the hire levels and unnecessary stress caused because of it
