      Great technical (theoretical and practical) experience. Free food and gym.

      Cons

      Pay not too good, lower than other companies, but keep in mind that lunch, dinner, and gym are free.

      Pros

      Loved my coworkers, free lunch and the office has a younger demographic

      Cons

      Manager did not seem to respect me and my role, and there was no real training process. Seems as though they did not have experience managing others and it led to a difficult situation where I needed to overcompensate to be able to work effectively.
