      Employee focused. They treat their employees better than anyplace I've worked in my 27 year professional career. Opportunity to work from home full time.

      Cons

      Recently purchased by Moore DM Group. This should be great for the long term health of the company, but we'll have to wait and see

      Pros

      Engaged leadership, great values and culture, invested in staff's development, Good benefits, remote workforce. Appreciates employees, listens to suggestions and empowers employees to exact change, encourages work - life balance.

      Cons

      The by-product of any remote workforce is that getting to know co-workers takes a little time, but everyone is quite welcoming so this really isn't an issue.
